Register your chips in the system
Each NFC chip arrives pre-written from manufacturing. Register it in the admin panel in seconds, then print the matching QR tag — no hardware or setup required on your end.

Hang the tag with your physical lock
The LockoutIQ NFC tag hangs right alongside your physical lock on the hasp or isolation point — keeping a clear digital record of exactly who locked what and why.

Tap the chip or scan the tag
Anyone on site — tech, supervisor, safety officer — taps the NFC chip with their phone or scans the printed QR tag to see who's locked out, their contact number, and sign-off status. No app, no login required to view.

Each tech signs off from the tag
When work is done, every tech taps the tag and signs off their lock individually. The system blocks clearance until every person has signed.
